A casa di Pablo is a totaly restored, confortable and spacious apartment located in the center of Como, few meters away from the main attractions, restaurants, shopping streets and the lake front. The space The apartment has 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and shower located in the room, one has an ensuite bathroom, and 1 room with two single beds. A kitchen, that can accomodate 6 people, livingroom and an other bathroom. From the terrace and from the balcony you can enjoy the quietness of the sourrounding and the view of the city. AC system is present in all bedrooms with air conditioners and in the other spaces with suspended fans which speed can be regulated by remotes. Guest access All the apartments is yours to enjoy. Located at the third floor is reachable by lift/elevator, the lift is not big enought for a wheelchair infact we cannot host people with disability. Other things to note The house is located in the historical center so the guests cannot arrive under the building by car but public parkings are not far and bus stops and public boat jetties are less than 10 minutes away. A parking spot is available for 25 euro a day in a local garage located 220 meters away from the property, but it has to be booked in advance.Free basic items are provided upon arrival, including disposable toiletries, toilet paper. These items are offered only as a welcome so replacements or refills are not provided.
