The space We are Lauriane & Norbert, Mauritian natives and owners of this rental. We work directly with vacationers to ensure the smooth running of their stay. We operate under a valid license according to a framework law and criteria set by the Ministry of Tourism ensuring well-being and safety for vacationers!! Which unfortunately is often not the case for a good number of owners who work illegally!! The accommodation is designed for a family including young children. Below is an overview of the services offered and included in the rates: - a maid service twice a week with regular replacement of bedding and towels. There's always a surplus in the cabinets. Beach towels are also provided. Bedding and towels are of good quality. - WiFi connection on all levels, ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors (Fiber optics with 10M speed) as well as a laptop, completely free. - a surveillance camera system outside. Your safety is total - tennis and squash rackets and balls are provided free of charge. - all bedrooms (4) are air-conditioned and appliances regularly maintained. The living and dining room are equipped with two standing fans. - hot running water at all water points - electronic box - fire extinguishers and burglar alarm system - household gas detector in the kitchen - Satellite channels (well-stocked package for all tastes), SONY Led flat screen DVD player and Hi-Fi channel (local FM radios and music CDs), - table water is free. There is an on-site water fountain that dispenses boiling, temperate and cold water continuously. However, the tap water is drinkable. - a mobile with units is available to keep in touch with us, even on the go, and to make local calls. - large Weber brand gas barbecue on wheels as well as accessories - first aid kit and a substantial welcome basket on arrival... and good tips to enhance the stay... young children are not forgotten: a crib with all its bedding, highchair, bathtub, safety barriers for the stairs etc. are included in the price. Even though we do not offer breakfast, we provide a substantial welcome basket of essential products, avoiding the vacationer having to rush to the supermarket. You will also have the option to order evening meals that will be delivered to your home at a time that suits you. It is an exclusively local cuisine that makes more than one person happy... especially suitable after a day of excursions... In short, services that SIMPLIFY YOUR LIFE and contribute to a SUCCESSFUL STAY. Guest access The entire villa is rented! Privacy assured! Other things to note The residence includes a large shared parking lot, a tennis court, a covered squash court and a large 460 cubic meter pool of crystal blue water all year round including a wading pool, accessible free of charge to residents... In addition we provide tennis and squash rackets and balls for free! There is a fitness center 250 meters away... access is paid (about 5 Euros per session).
