Accessible 3BR, 3 car park house, Cebu City proper

The house is great for grps of up to 15 guests. It's "Not Modern & Not in a subdivision" but very close to the main road & very accessible to public transportions <1km:Supermarket,7/11,Jollibee, Chowking,banks,gas station & pharmacy 2kms/5min:Fuente,Chong hua & Cebu doc Hospital,Robinson's mall,One mango(Rest & night life) 4-5kms/10-15min(dep on traffic):Sto nino church,Magellans cross, Malls(Ayala,Sm city,Sm seaside), it park(Rest & night life) & Southbus terminal(Oslob,Badian,Simala & Moalboal The space The House is fully furnished, with 3 airconditioned bedrooms. Master's bedroom has its own toilet with shower heater, 42" tv with Netflix (Android Tv box provided) and airconditioned walk-in closet. The other two airconditioned bedrooms will share a common toilet, also with shower heater. It is equipped with up to 300 mbps unlimited fiber internet and a landline phone. The place has a 4-seater dining table, a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, electric stove, electric kettle, rice cooker, iron, ironing board, hairdryer blower, kitchen utensils, kitchenware, dinnerware, electric fans, a tabletop water dispenser and 1 gallon free of purified water container (You can just refill, contact number provided). Floor mattress, extra table and chairs will be provided for large group bookings. The living room has a sofa with 2 recliner chairs at both sides, electric fans, 50" tv with Netflix (Android tv box provided), dvd player and some dvd movie selections will be provided. (No aircon at living room). The garage can fit 2-3 vehicles. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the back part of the house. Other things to note - The aircon in the living room is not included in our listing's description ( Only few houses in the Philippines with fully airconditioned living room ). We did not include this to keep our rate at a minimum, because electricity in Cebu is expensive. There are already 4 aircondition units in the 3 bedrooms. - Please dont take towels and toiletries upon checking out (Toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap ). Common questions about early check-in and late check-out: Can we check-in early? - Yes you can, but with an early check-in charge of 200/hour earlier than 2pm (which is your check-in time). But there is no guaranty that you can check-in early. If the previous day is booked, your check-in is going to be at 2pm because the previous guests will check-out at 11am and we need at least 3 hours to prepare the place for you. And it would be very inconvenient for you to wait until 2pm. To secure your early check-in, you may book the previous day, that is what most of the guests do. Thank you.
