(You can reserve via either of the two listings for the property, there is no difference.) Other things to note Limited to two people per room. Our space is for 1 to 10 or more guests and our pricing is based on number of guests. The rooms are given based on number of guests. Therefore, if you are looking to book the entire place then book for 10 guests and also mention this point in your request. Meals are not included in the price, but Indian-style vegetarian meals can be provided. Breakfast - Rs 175 per person. Lunch / Dinner - Rs 250 per person. A 1-day notice is required as the meals are home cooked just for you. Our place is constructed on the slope of a hill, to provide an unobstructed view of the valley and therefore, from our parking to the rooms is like climbing 4 floors. We don't have TV. However, we do have free 150 MBPS internet for you to stream audio or video. We probably are one of very few hosts that also have a 15 MBPS back-up internet from Air Jaldi. We provide power back-up facility. We have a caretaker who manages the property and is available from 9 AM to 4 PM. You need to comfortable staying at the property all by yourself. However, we are available in case of emergency.
