Apartment: - Modern spacious kitchen with all amenities (Nespresso machine, Air Fryer, kettle, microwave, pots, and pans, etc). - Clean minimalist shared bathroom with a tub (shampoo, gel, body wash provided) - Shared toilet (toiletries for women provided) Check-in is between 15:00–22:00, and check-out is at 12:00. If you’d like to arrive earlier, just let us know - we’ll do our best to make it happen. Guest access * Guests have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub, toilet & their private room. * You are welcome to use all kitchenware, electric appliances, and the washing machine (per house rules) * Kitchen use is for reheating and small meals only (unless staying long-term: please enquire) During your stay Available for any enquiries and assistance. Other things to note * Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property. A fine of £200 will be applied. If a note is given the second time, the guest will be asked to leave. * Quiet hours between 23.00-07.00 and 22.00-08.00 on weekends * 1 free use of the washing machine is included per 1-week stay. We kindly ask guests to do full loads where possible, as we’re a green household aiming to reduce water and energy use.
