The ground floor has a cosy lounge area and kitchen and the second floor contains two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a secluded small courtyard to enjoy a cup of tea in or just take in the morning air. This lovely home is central to all amenities and within 1 minute walk of the famous John’s Quay and Kilkenny Castle. The central location of this house is perfect for guests visiting the city and its famous tourist attractions and festivals the city offers all year round. Our townhouse is over 180 years old and is the perfect place for you to relax and enjoy all Kilkenny has to offer. Located in the centre of the city close to all attractions .The mattresses are all new with excellent pocket springs to guarantee a comfortable sleep. Both rooms have double beds - one is a standard European double (4ft 6') and the other room has a small double bed (measures 4foot).Please note for 4 adults it is tight. The bathroom has an electric shower . There is a small secluded outside area to enjoy at your leisure. Attached to a separate house with its own private entrance. Guest access There is a small kitchen and sitting room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and also a main bathroom with a shower. Guests have the full use of the house and all listed amenities.
