Royal Park Village 3 bed/2 Bath with private pool
Description
The villa is in a great location. It is a block from a grocery, restaurants, shops, taxis, and a bus station. It is a short walk to the water park, the city center and beautiful sandy beaches. It is in a quiet neighborhood of semi detached villas. The villa has it's own private pool. The villa is great for couples, business travelers, families (with children). It offers together time and privacy. The villa also has a separate basement apartment with it’s own separate entrance. The space The villa is on two levels. There are stairs from the street to the entrance. The main floor has a lounge area, kitchen, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom and a terrace next to the kitchen for dining. There is also a BBQ on the terrace. There is a nice new sleeper sofa to give flexibility for larger groups. There are steps from the dining terrace down to the pool area where there are sun loungers and a table and chairs by the pool. The pool has lovely sunshine through out the day. The upper floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and a small balcony with double doors that is attached to the bedroom. This floor also has another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom, and the upper terrace which has sun loungers and a couch for relaxing times. This terrace also has nice sun during the day. There are a number of surf & yoga camps in the community as well as retirees. Very quiet at night but lively during the day. Guest access Guests will have access to the villa, main floor, upper floor, terraces and the private pool. Other things to note No Smoking inside the villa Free Wifi and internet Fans in the rooms in the summer Linens are included Towels for shower and the pool are included Baby cots and highchairs are available upon request. There are also a baby gates installed but out of the way, at the bottom and top of the stairs by the front door.
