Kitchen is equipped with full-sized fridge, toaster oven, microwave, induction stove top, Keurig coffee pot, and electric kettle. Twin air mattress available upon request. The space Private guest house with separate fenced patio. Guesthouse is a recently renovated 1-bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and full size closet. Main space has a table with 2 chairs, and an additional sitting chair and side table. Twin size air mattress is available upon request as well as a pack n play. Full size, upscale bathroom with luxury shower/bath and beautiful stone floor. Close to hospitals, Bethel, Civic Auditorium, river trails, shopping, and downtown. Quiet neighborhood with great character, walking distance to neighborhood park and bus stop. Guest access Entire guesthouse, private yard, part of driveway Other things to note Unit shares a fence with our yard which is often enjoyed by our 3 children. We try to keep the noise down but also let our kids have fun. Bedroom in unit does not face our yard, however.
