Lovely & Cozy House in the middle of "Army Street"

At walking distance from the Old Quarter, my home offers a cozy stay with new furniture and a spacious balcony overlooking a green courtyard. Located on Ly Nam De Street – also known as Army Street for its military institutions – the house is part of a large "khu tập thể", an apartment compound where many long-term residents live. You’ll enjoy a glimpse of authentic Hanoi life in a comfortable, tree-lined setting with French colonial character, all while being steps away from city centre. The space The listing is located on the 2nd floor of the apartment compound, featuring three bedrooms, a cozy living room with full kitchen, a spacious terrace, and a small laundry corner. The apartment has 2 levels with an internal staircase. In the morning, the courtyard below is filled with trees and fruit branches so close you could almost reach out and pick them! Enjoy breakfast, work, or a chat on the terrace garden while observing the everyday rhythm of Hanoi life. And if we happen to host a barbecue on the terrace, it’s sure to be one of your most memorable moments in Hanoi. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. My house is your 2nd home. Please keep it as yours. Other things to note * During summer time, the electric consumption is very high from AC and other electrical appliances. To protect the house electrical system, you MUST TURN OFF ALL AC BY USING THE REMOTES BEFORE REMOVING THE KEY CARD AND GOING OUT because if you do not, when you come back and put the key card for turning electricity, the fuse may go off and cause the whole electric system off. * There is one entrance for the living compound and the gate is closed at 10:00 PM and open at 5:30 AM. * Please inform us your arrival time so we can arrange time for your check-in. * During your stay, please keep less noise and clean. * Lock the gate if you come home after 10:00 PM and always carry gate key with you when going out in the evening. * When using the terrace please do not make noise thus affecting the neighbors. * During your stay, I may enter the my house to water the trees, repair some equipments if it's broken or change the trash and I will notice you before doing it. * If you want to cook BBQ at the terrace, you must order us in advance then we will set up the cooking for you. * And final thing, please carefully double check your belongings before check out and we will not be responsible for any lost happened after you left my house. Of course we will help you the best to check when you inform me.
