Cosy apartment in former barn
Description
Our very cosy apartment with chic and modern comfort is situated on the 1st floor of our 400 year old Bauernhof (croft) . It hosts up to 4 adults and is a great starting point for beautiful excursions, mountainbike and hiking tours and skiing. The space Our beautiful and charming croft is surrounded by a spacious garden with fruittrees and is located close to the village center of Brannenburg. Brannenburg itself is about 80kms south from Munich on the way to Innsbruck in the alpine upland. You will enjoy a beautiful mountain panorama, fresh air and plenty of recreation possibilities, like mountainbiking, hiking and skiing in wintertime. A romantic forest road leads to the Sudelfeld, and the valley station of the rack railway to the Wendelstein is just some minutes walking. One special feature is the fantastic accessability to the renowned Marinus Klinik. Just a 15 minutes walk on a footpath in a wonderful landescape... The appartment is about 85 sqm and with a lot of wooden details. We just restored it and decorated it with traditional bavarian elements and some southamerican details. The appartment is located on the first floor of the house but has direct access to the wonderful garden through the former barn door. It has 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and tub. There is a second bathroom with shower. You will find a fully equipped quite spacious kitchen, a "bavarian chilling lounge" and an extra spacious diningroom. In summertime you may prefer to stay in the garden, grilling and hanging around in the hammock... The house was sort of a maintanence house of a bigger residence and the gardener still lives on the ground floor. He is happy to have friendly people around. Other things to note There is a cleanig fee of € 80,00 that is added to the total amount. Minimum stay 3 nights, maximum 60 nights
