You may simply relax & enjoy your drink and the sun by the pool! This Charming one bedroom apartment offers a partial Sea View of Sunny Beach and is located in a quiet neighbourhood of "Sunny Beach", only 670 meters from the sandy beach. The space The Sea View apartment has one bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm., living room with bed sofa for max. 2 person, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom with a toilet, two balconies with Pool or Sea View. With modern furnishing and household stuff the apartment is fully functional. WiFi is available and is free of charge. Guest access My guests have free access to public parking in front of the building and swimming pool. For everyone’s safety, enjoyment, and in accordance with local regulations, please take a moment to review the pool rules: Running, jumping, and diving in or around the pool are strictly prohibited! No Inflatable Mattresses allowed in or around Pool! No glass ware (bottles, cups...) is allowed near the pool area! The house Café-bar offers drinks in Plastic or Can, you can enjoy around the pool! Consumption of food in Pool and Pool area is not allowed! At my "Aperitif Bar" in the apartment complex, I offer a variety of hot and cold drinks, cocktails, sandwiches, ice cream, and more. Arrival/Departure: Standard Check-in is from 15:00. Early Check-in (subject to availability) of 10:00 AM +€25 Standard Check-out is before 11:00 noon. Late Check-out (subject to availability) of 14:00 PM +€25 To guarantee early check-in, I recommend booking the space for the night prior to your arrival. If you arrive before check-in time or have a later flight after check-out, you may store your luggage at the lobby bar during its working hours. I’ll be happy to arrange a taxi from the airport to my place to ensure a quick and smooth journey. A section of 100 meters of the street leading to our complex is not asphalted.
