Offering a room in a house in Valence, 103 m2 including: Garden of more than 200 m2 with Jacuzzi ON THE GROUND FLOOR: - Living room, - Large, fully equipped, open kitchen - Bathroom with large shower UPSTAIRS: - 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. The space PLEASE NOTE: The only constraint is that I have a dog (only present until August 15), who can be scary at first because it's very excited at first but is adorable.
