Place To Be - City Center Apartment

Artistic, elegant and comfy brand new renovated two bedroom apartment in the very center of the city just at the corner of the entrance to the old town. The living room offers a beautiful view of the parks, greenery and the Roman amphitheater where you feel like you can touch it. From the kitchen bathed in flowers you can enjoy your morning coffee with a unique view before going to explore the city or enjoy your afternoon peace. The space Place To Be apartment (54m2) is an elegant modern apartment and ideal place to relax and enjoy for four people . You can come together with your partner, friends or family. The apartment is located in a building built in 1968. on the second floor with an elevator. The building is located at the very entrance to the old town, 200 meters walking distance from the Colosseum. The main square Forum is 900 meters walking distance from the apartment. It is located on the corner of a street with a wonderful bar on the ground floor called Nello where you can enjoy delicious desserts, croissants, sandwiches, coffee. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds. Master room has a bed 180*200 and a big wardrobe, smaller room has a bed 160*200 and a wardrobe. Smaller room includes AC and smart tv with Netflix. Living room offers the LG OLED SMART TV with Netflix and AC (cooling or heating). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances for everyone who likes to cook (a refrigerator, an electric hob, a kitchen hood, a dishwasher, a toaster, a water heater and a coffee machine - filter coffee, Nespresso and mocha caffe ) as well with spices, oil, pasta, coffee, sugar, tea. The bathroom includes washing machine, and hair dryer as well shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Basic self-breakfast included (nescafe, tea, jam, cookies..). All of this is included in the price. Guest access The apartment is created based on my personal aesthetics in order to ensure a pleasant and special stay to my guests. All the spaces are open to the guests and I would love for You to feel like home while you are home away :) Other things to note Rule #1 Feel at home! Rule #2 Please do not smoke inside the apartment! Rule #3 Although I LOVE animals, the apartment is not equipped for pets. Rule #4 Please, respect my home, read all my instructions and house rules very carefully. I am very strict when it comes to my home and if you won't respect it or if you intend to make some damages I will keep your deposit.
