The space The unique aspect of staying at our facility is the wonderful location, in the heart of the Montalbano hills where centuries-old olive trees reign supreme. Here you can find tranquility and peace. We have a 3-hectare farm where you can lose yourself for a walk and a large terrace adjacent to the rooms with a breathtaking view where you can sip an aperitif, enjoying a sunset with different colors every evening. We pay particular attention to the ecological aspect, in fact we exploit the energy of a solar panel for domestic water and use a low-emission wood boiler for heating. Guest access The room has a private entrance and bathroom. There is a swimming pool with a unique view of the hilly panorama of "Montalbano", where you can sip an aperitif at sunset and relax after a day of sightseeing. We give free use of a small room, shared by other guests, with a fridge and a sink, which can be used as a support for storing drinks and snacks in the cool place. During your stay Luca has a past as a tour leader for Italian and French groups; now manager and farmer of the Podere Rondinaio agritourism company. With a passion for cooking and genuine products of the land, he cooks with dedication for guests and takes care of the surrounding environment of the house. Since 2016, we have turned our passions into a job. We will be available to give you any tourist information if you need it. Other things to note Our kitchen is open 2 evenings a week in high season. We offer wine tasting dinner, Tuscan dinner + olive oil tour, pasta cooking class. Fun guaranteed!
