Lovely 2 bed family apartment, tucked away off the beaten track and only a few minutes walk to the popular sandy beach of Porth and a walkable reach to Lusty Glaze. Known for epic sunsets and with a busy local pub, cafes at the beach, & even with a small bowling alley opposite (for those days the sun is hiding). The flat is small and perfectly formed for a family: has a good sized living room with a (Smart) TV on the wall, WiFi, breakfast bar and comfy corner sofa. 2 good sized bedrooms both with in-built wardrobes, the bathroom has a shower and bath, kitchen has fridge & washing machine as well as all the standard offerings. There’s parking for 1 car, (small to medium sized) it’s a tricky spot to park in, please be aware of this, you might need other eyes to guide you in! There’s also a grass garden at the front of the property. Sorry, we can not accept same sex groups, stags or hen dos. It is against our lease: you will be refused entrance to the property & deposit will be non refundable. Guest access The whole flat Other things to note It's a 300m downhill stroll to the beach. However, that's also a 300m uphill walk to get back! We do ask guests out the waste bins out on bin day (Tuesday eve. Collection 7am Wed... it is Cornwall, they don’t always get collected.....) please do not leave them outside in the garden.. we get a lot of wildlife and the badgers and seagulls are savages. Please bag and tie the recycling for the cleaners to take away once you’ve checked out :)
