It is located in the most beautiful district of Gdynia, combining silence, cobbled streets full of greenery, climatic Gdynia with comfort and rich gastronomic infrastructure in a great location, a few minutes from the center. The space The flat is 6 min on foot from SKM Gdynia Wzgórze Maksymiliana, 3 min from the bus stop, 1 km from the beach in Gdynia. The city train (SKM) goes in 15 minutes to Sopot or 40 minutes to Gdańsk Śródmieście. 200 m from the building there is a playground (fenced, away from the street) and playground. The building is located in a side street thanks to which only the screeching gulls can be heard. I will gladly to show you the coolest places, pubs, restaurants in Gdynia or the Tri-City and I will help you plan your stay in the Tri-City. I live here my whole life. Guest access There is a fully equipped kitchen: a fridge, a freezer, an oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and an electric kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and oil. The bedroom has a large wardrobe and a computer monitor. If you need something else - please let me know, maybe I can help. Other things to note The flat is located on the 3rd floor.
