For a larger space or for longer term stays see our Mini Apartment listing. The space This rural home is located on 6.7 acres of forested land overlooking the Spokane Valley. The house has 4,400 sq ft of living space on three levels and 950 sq ft of outdoor decking. There is plenty of room to enjoy. The guest room will sleep up to two people and is a large 207 sq ft. Additional beds available in other rooms if more people need to be accommodated. The bathroom is 85 sq ft with a shower and large tub. Full access to the main level with kitchen, viewing room, TV room, dining room and more. Guest access Guest room, bathroom and laundry on the top floor, kitchen, dining areas, TV room and outside deck on the main floor. During your stay We will be present in the home during your stay under most circumstances. If there are any issues at all, just let us know. We enjoy getting to know our guests while giving the utmost respect to privacy. Other things to note - Large driveway suitable for moving vans, trailers and most RV's. - Just 10 to 15 minutes from shopping, restaurants and most areas of Spokane Valley, 25 minutes to downtown Spokane and 30 minutes to Spokane airport. - You have full access to the main level including kitchen, viewing room, TV room and laundry. - During July and August, produce like raspberries, tomatoes and sweet corn are available from our garden. Home baked bread available year round. - Many hiking and biking trails nearby and just 33 miles from Lake Coeur d'Alene.
