The space The space is located in the 1st floor of a typical Marais building in great condition. he apartment 🏠 is at the first floor 📺 TV & free Wi-Fi 🍳 An equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, all the necessary to prepare a nice cooking like at home 🛏️ 2 bedrooms with comfy double bed 🚿 1 modern shower room 🚻 1 WC 1 Washing machine 1 Iron and ironing table 1 Hair dryer Fresh linens and towels Guest access 🔑Check-in is self-contained via a lockbox We are available daily, 7 days a week. You can communicate with us through the platform at any time, we will be happy to connect with you. Other things to note Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 11 am. Please respect the schedules by respect for the housekeeper. (We will charge extra fees in case of no respect) We have a luggage storage where you can store safely up to 4 luggages per box if you arrive earlier than expected or if want to store the day you are leaving. (15€ for checkin or checkout 30€ for both) It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment and the common areas. It is not allowed to organise parties, to play loud music/tv or to do anything that might cause annoyance to neighbors. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment and the agreed occupancy has to be observed at all times. It is not allowed to bring pets or animals in the house, even if in cage. It is not allowed to move furniture around or to modify the apartment layout. It is your responsibility if any object is missing from the apartment. Do not throw anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. Always switch the lights off, keep the door and windows closed when going out. Do not let any strangers in, even if they seem convincing or saying to be sent from the owner. It is not allowed to make copies of the keys.
