Beautiful duplex, completely renovated with splendid ocean views. Very nice amenities for this apartment, ideally located 20 m from the beach of Les Roches Noires, in the heart of St Gilles-les-Bains. Sea view from the terrace, kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, shower... even from the toilet! Fully air-conditioned and equipped. It is located on the 3rd and top floor of the building, with an elevator. 2 toilets: one on the ground floor + one upstairs which offers more comfort. The space Very nice services, high-end: On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a sofa bed, which has comfortable bedding, in queen size format (1.60 m). The open-plan kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped and modern. The windows overlook the ocean. The living room opens onto the veranda and terrace with an area of 15 m2, capable of accommodating a dinner for up to 8 people, and an aperitif for a dozen people easily. The terrace has a counter at the end, which allows 4 people to have coffee facing the ocean every morning. There is a toilet with sink on the ground floor. Upstairs, a large suite with separate toilet, a bathroom with walk-in shower from which you can see the ocean as well. The bathroom has a double sink. The bed is new and very comfortable, also queen size. You will have space to store your things and a desk area. It's a very pleasant place to stay. It is possible to rent a parking space for an additional amount. I draw your attention to the fact that the apartment has a TV screen BUT IS NOT CONNECTED to the TV channels. I leave an HDMI cable available to connect your computer.
