In addition to our regular cleaning routine, we use an enhanced cleaning protocol. Have a terrific stay in our spacious (50m2) and luxurious studio located in a residential and calm area next to the Basílica and Estrela’s delightful garden. You’ll feel at home right in the heart of Lisboa, a few steps away from living the life of a local. The space Perfect for a couple’s getaway, or a family with young children, this functional studio offers both the charm of an authentic Lisbon building and the comfort provided by its modern setting. Your charming studio is in the basement of a two-storey familial house built at the beginning of the XXth century. The studio has been restored in 2017 with taste, it is both functional and cosy: a delicate mix of a traditional and contemporary touch. The 40 m2 studio is much more than just a room, it has been designed to offer a sleeping area, a living area and a kitchenette it also has a lovely adjoining bathroom of 10m2. Clean towels and bed linens are provided as well as free-toileteries. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary appliances (microwave, mini-fridge, expresso machine, toaster and kettle) and cookware for 4 guests. The open plan kitchenette allows you to enjoy a simple meal at home with your partner and children. Free high-speed WiFi is available in the studio. The studio has its own access to a small outdoor space which is for your private use for the duration of the stay. It allows you to get some fresh air and enjoy a nice cup of wine or coffee outside. Guest access You will have access to the studio in the basement and a small outdoor space. Other things to note As only registered guests included in the booking can stay at the studio, kindly note that there is a fee per additional person staying at the studio of 30€/day/guest. The studio can only accommodate a maximum of 3 guests. Should you need the sofa-bed prepared for a separate sleeping, we can do so for an additional cost of 15€. Infants (children under 2) are welcome, however for security reasons we have a fixed maximum of 1 infants per booking. The studio is not baby-proof therefore we emphasise that infants and children should be under constant supervision. Please let us know if they will be included in your visit. We provide upon specific request 1 baby set (including a bed suitable for infants, a baby-high chair, bedlinen, and baby towels) for an additional cost of 10€/day. Registration Details 72788/AL
