Quietly located in the heart of Antwerp, close to the Central Station, the Zoo, Park Spoor Noord, the Sportpaleis, Lotto Arena and the Roma. The historic center is within walking distance or accessible by tram. Particularly suitable for six people, provided that you rent the Rosalie Loveling room (extra bedroom and bathroom). Also suitable for longer stays. The space The ground floor apartment is located at the rear of the house on an ecological ornamental garden, the rooms enjoy plenty of daylight and are equipped with atmospheric lighting. The garden is shared with the owner who lives on the floor. You will find: A spacious, fully equipped kitchen: - induction cooktop and all necessary pots and pans - Electric oven - Nespresso machine with cups, tea, milk frother, classic coffee maker, kettle - Toaster - Dishwasher A pleasant living area with: - Comfortable sofa bed (bed of 160x200cm, with quality mattress); - Lounge chair - A wardrobe with mirrors - Round vintage table and chairs for 4 people, extendable to oval table for 6 people - Blu-ray speaker - Atmospheric lighting A separate bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, towel radiator, set of towels per person, hair dryer and hand soap. One bedroom with: - A box spring mattress of 160x200cm - Separate drawers next to the bed - air conditioning for sultry nights Guest access The apartment is for you only. The garden is shared. Other things to note We make the beds for the exact number of people who have booked. For example, for a booking of 4: 1 double bed and 1 large sofa bed for 2 people. If you would like extra sheets, please ask us (€10 for a set). A tourist tax of 2.80 EUR per tourist per night will be collected upon arrival. Please provide the appropriate money! You can also pay with a debit card. We have a garage for which you can park the car upon arrival. This makes it possible to take your time to unload your luggage and feel at home in a comfortable way. After that, we prefer that you park your car in the street, which is possible with a little luck. Price: €5.25/day, free on Sundays.
