Our cozy apartment is ideal for couples looking for a relaxing time in a beautiful environment with amazing views. Whether playing table tennis, cooking up a bbq, cooling off in the pool or just snoozing in the hammock is your thing, you have it all here! ENGLISH: Our large apartment is perfect for a couple looking for relaxation in a beautiful environment with stunning sea views. In 10 minutes' walk you will be on the beautiful beach, the port or in the city center. The space Fully equipped kitchen: - Dishwasher - Fridge + freezer - Oven - Microwave - Nespresso machine - Kettle - Toaster General: - Wifi - TV - Air conditionning & heating - 140x200m double bed - 1 single bed (90x200) - possibility to borrow a crib or baby bed - Washing machine - Ironing board + iron - Clothes drying rack - wardrobe Bathroom: - Power shower - Towels - Toiletries - Hair dryer Guest access You have your own independent access to the property so you can come and go as you please. However, the pool/BBQ is a communal area, therefore you may be sharing it at times with us and the guests of the other studio (which caters for a maximum of 4). ENGLISH: You can come and go as you please because access to your apartment is independent. However, you may have to share the pool and the rest of the garden with us and the guests of the other studio (which can only accommodate 4 people max) as these are common areas. Other things to note ~ Check in from 3pm and check out 11am. Early check-in subject to room availability. ~ The studio should be left in the same condition that it was in when you arrived. In the event of any damage or destruction to our property, the Guest should be held responsible and be required to cover any costs for repair, loss or destruction. ~ Please consider other guests when using the common areas and help keep them clean and tidy. ~ Quiet hours start at 22h and end at 8h. Please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for the other guests and neighbors. ~ Please be informed that we charge a lost key fee of 35€ for the lock to be changed.
