Lovely 3BR in Palmetto Dunes w/ new pool & spa

Lovely 3 BR home on #2 tee of the Fazio golf course in Palmetto Dunes Resort. Near tennis/pickleball center, general store, & restaurants. Newer pool and spa. Quartz countertops. Two King BRs, 3rd BR with 2 Queens. Flat screen TVs, cable, ROKU in all BRs. Doorbell cam at front door porch with recording capability for host/guest safety. Beach access @ Omni resort and Dunes House is 5-10 min by bike or 15 min walk. Beach towels/umbrella/chairs not provided. Pool/spa heat unavailable after 6/1/26 The space This is a lovely recently renovated one story cottage on a quiet street on the George Fazio golf course in Palmetto Dunes. The 3 BR/2.5 bath home is beautifully decorated with many upgrades including well stocked kitchen and stainless appliances. Great view of Fazio golf course tee#2 at the rear of the home which also features a pool and spa combo. New paved driveway and new roof in late 2023. Beach access is close by (next to Omni resort which is ~ a 15 minute walk or ~5-10 minute bike ride. Home conveniently located near the Palmetto Dunes tennis/pickleball courts, The General Store, two resort golf courses, Alexander’s restaurant, and Hilton Head Outfitters. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the home, pool, and spa. Garage and owner’s closet are unavailable for guest use. Other things to note NOTE: (1)Our cleaning fee includes freshly laundered sheets/pillowcases on each bed and freshly laundered hand/bath towels, washcloths, and bath mats. For extended stays (3-4 weeks plus) Our cleaning company does mandate a towel/linen exchange ($90) mid-way through guest rentals of 3-4 weeks or longer. If guest also chooses a full cleaning during their extended stay the guest belongings are not touched, and the refrigerator is not opened. If the guest prefers just the towel/linen exchange instead of a full cleaning the cleaning crew will not enter the home; the guest can leave their dirty linens on porch and the fresh linens will be deposited on the front porch. (2) We do not provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, or bicycles for guest use; please plan accordingly. Some items are available for rent at Hilton Head Outfitters (located next to Alexander’s Restaurant) in Palmetto Dunes. HHO also rents kayaks, paddle boards, etc. (3) This home does not offer a landline/wired phone service. For phone service guests must use their own cellular phones. A doorbell camera with video/recording capability is on the property for guest and property safety. The garage and it’s contents are not available for guest use. A camera with video/recording capability is also present inside the garage (anti-theft). (4) Please monitor all children/non-swimmers carefully around the pool and deck area. The sliding glass doors at the rear of the house lead directly to the deck and pool staircase. There is no fence or gate to limit the entry of unsupervised or non-swimmers into the pool from the home’s rear deck. Adequate supervision and proper flotation equipment MUST be utilized at all times. All guests or any other persons at the home with our guests SWIM AT THEIR OWN RISK (No lifeguard is present). (5) Guests may occasionally see insects within the home. We have a pest control company that sprays monthly, but this is the beach and some insects still find their way inside. No refunds will be offered for insects seen within the home. Please keep all doors and windows closed to help keep insects outside. (6) In the event of a pool or spa malfunction which renders one or both unusable during the guest’s stay the guest’s nightly fee will be prorated to reflect the rate of a comparable nearby home without a pool and/or spa during the same time of year. NO cancellations will be made by the host for pool and/or spa malfunctions. If a guest wishes to cancel their stay due to a pool or spa malfunction they will be subject to the host’s cancellation policy. (7) Our cleaning company provides small samples of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bar soap, a box of tissues in each bathroom, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. They also provide a roll of paper towels, a few packs of dishwasher and laundry detergent, a small bottle of dishwashing liquid, and typically at least 2 trash bags in the kitchen. If you are staying more than a few days please plan to either bring extra trash bags or pick up more trash bags upon arrival if you will need more during your stay. Your host is not local and cannot stock extra trash bags, dishwasher packs, etc for each new guest. Occasionally previous guests will leave extra trash bags, dishwasher pods, salt/pepper/cooking spices /cooking oil inside a cabinet or under the kitchen sink as well as beach towels in the linen closet but this is not guaranteed. Additional sundries can be picked up at the General Store across from the tennis center or at Kroger across the street at Shelter Cove, etc. All bedrooms will have clean sheets, pillow cases, towels, washcloths, and bath mats. The kitchen will have 2 dishtowels, 2 washcloths, and 2 hot pads. 8) Car passes may be picked up at the pass office ($35/week). Up to 8 occupants may stay in the home. No parties or pets are allowed.
