When it’s time to head out, the prime location of our unit makes it convenient to enjoy these excellent establishments that are only a few minutes away: Burgos Circle Bonifacio High Street SM Aura Fort Bonifacio Global City The space Please take note of these house rules and reminders: FREE USE OF POOL AND GYM: Registered guests can use the swimming pool and gym, except on Mondays due to maintenance. Register with the lobby with your ID and unit number one day before use. CHECK-IN TIME AND CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-in time is 2PM. Our team thoroughly clean the unit after each guest has checked out so no early check-in is available. Check-out time is 11AM. WIFI AVAILABLE: The WiFi password and other relevant information will be emailed to you upon check-in. NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: There are no storage facilities to store your luggage. WASHER: NOT AVAILABLE VISITORS ALLOWED: Building administration only allows visitors from 9AM to 11PM. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please message us if you want your visitors to be registered as guests. Extra charge of P500 per stay may or may not be applied, depending on the number of guests you booked online. NO PARKING: Parking is no longer available in the property. The nearest parking garage is at Forbestown Center, which offers secure and monitored underground parking. Street parking is a fixed rate of P200 from 6pm to 6am only and P200 per hour after 6am. NON-SMOKING: Smoking area is on the 3rd floor of the building and not allowed inside the unit nor any other facilities. AGE REQUIREMENTS: Minors are allowed to check-in if they're accompanied by adults (18 yr old above) inside the unit. If guests are all 17 yrs old and below, they will not be allowed to check-in. NO NETFLIX: Local and international channels are not available. You may watch Netflix on TV using your own account. Our apologies as we can no longer provide Netflix accounts to our guests due to recent changes in Netflix's policies. Youtube meanwhile can still be watched on TV. Guest access Pool and Gym Schedule: Every Monday, the pool and gym are closed for maintenance. Open hour is 7AM to 7PM, Tuesday to Sunday only. One day before use, the guests must register in the lobby with ID and unit number. Other things to note To Extend Your Stay: - Advance Notice: Please let us know before 9PM on the night before checkout if you're considering an extension to avoid any late fees. - Late Extension Penalty: A ₱500 penalty applies on top of the total rate if you send the late extension requests after 9PM. To avoid this fee, please inform us early if you want to extend your stay. Check-In/Check-Out Policy: Check-In: * Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. * Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance. * Keys/access instructions will be provided upon arrival. Check-Out: * Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. * Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. * Guests must request late check-out at least 24 hours in advance. Host's Right to Enter Premises: We respect our guests' privacy and strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, we reserve the right to enter the unit premises under the following circumstances: * If a guest has checked out beyond the designated check-out time of 11:15 AM without prior approval or arrangement. * When there is a need for urgent maintenance or repairs that could affect the safety and well-being of our guests or the property itself. Liability Disclaimer: By making a reservation at our property, you acknowledge and agree to the following: * Guests are responsible for adhering to the specified check-out time of 11:00 AM. * If a guest chooses to check out beyond the designated check-out time and without prior approval, they may be subject to additional fees as outlined in our policy. * We are not liable for any inconvenience or disruptions caused by a delayed check-out. * While we value your privacy, we reserve the right to enter the unit premises for the reasons stated above. * We are not responsible for any items left behind by guests after their departure.
