Usually, it amounts to 30-70 US$ per month and mostly depends on the use of the air conditioner to cool/heat the room. To ensure our apartment is always clean and fresh, long term guests staying for TWO weeks and more are required to order cleaning and change of bed linen/towels (at least once every 14 days), which will cost an extra 50 Georgian lari. Apartment has a TV / internet subscription from Magticom Georgia (optical cable, wi-fi router, up to 50 Mbit/sec, not shared with any other apartment). You do not have to pay for internet and water - it's included. HEATING We have equipped our apartment with an air conditioner and it can be used to warm up the room during the winter (there is no other heating system). Temperature in Batumi rarely falls below +5 Celsius and AC can warm up the room sufficiently. Yet, if you are used to walking barefoot or wearing super light clothes at home during the winter season, our apartment will probably not be the best match for you. OLD BATUMI Some guests have noted that the city centre and Old Batumi feels a bit far, so you may get a taxi (it will take up to 10 min and cost around 2-3 US$ if you use Bolt mobile app). Or take a 30-40 min walk along the beautiful coastline park! CHECK-IN-OUT, LUGGAGE STORAGE The earliest you can check-in is 14:00 and the latest you have to check-out is 11:00. Reception works 24/7 and you can check-in-out during the evening/night hours too. Sadly, there are no lockers or a place to store your luggage in our apartment hotel and the reception desk does not provide such services either. So, if there is a complete mismatch between your travel schedule and our check-in-out hours, consider booking an extra day. IF 3 GUESTS There is a sofa-bed in the apartment, which can be used as a separate sleeping place. We will leave bed linen / towels for the sofa-bed if you indicate “3 guests” (instead of “2 guests”) when making your reservation. THINGS WE DO & DON'T HAVE Items we provide include cotton bed linen, towels (no slippers, no bathrobe), liquid soap (no shampoo, no washing powder), iron, hair dryer and cooking items (no spices). Change of linen/towels and cleaning during the stay is available for an extra charge (25+25 Georgian lari). LIFT CARD We provide 15 free lift rides upon your check-in. If you run out of free lift rides, go to the reception to top it up (0.2 Georgian lari per ride or 25 lari for a monthly subscription). In case another passenger uses his lift card or you go down to the 1st floor (“G” button), you don't have to use your card. NOISE If neighbours throw a party during the night hours (after 23:00), do turn to the reception - security people will help sort it out. Sadly, there isn't much we can do about the noise pollution coming from interior repair works during the off-season months. But if you come to Batumi, keep in mind - it's like that in almost every building here. Yet, in our apartment-hotel NO repair works can take place during the summer (allowed from Sep 20 to Jun 10 only, from 9:00 until 20:00).
