Best View in Sofia: Rooftop-Maisonette Jacuzzi

Welcome to my home, it is a unique combination of commie-block charme combined with a luxury maisonette, modern interior and all amenities: jacuzzi with hydrojets and four air conditioning units, 2 huge TVs and a mini gym. The 270° rooftop view (17th floor) and the brand-new french panorama windows I installed are unmatched in Sofia. Be my guest and see for yourself :) The space This very unique rooftop maisonette is situated in the 15th, 16th and 17th floor. It is equipped with all amenities like four Air Conditioning Units, strong WiFi with 2000Mbit Internet access, two Ambilight TVs plus a 16:10 screen for business. Dishwasher, washing mashine but most important of all: a beautiful rooftop balcony with a view all over sofia and vitosha mountain. There are sunchairs for getting your tan on. In mild summer nights it's the best thing to just sleep outside under the stars. The two-story Maisonette is located downtown, 10 minutes of walking to the Metro-station Konstantin Velichkov and 15 minutes to the Mall of Sofia with IMAX cinema, food court and a huge variety of stores. A relaxed 20 minute walk talks your right to downtown touristy Serdika if you want to. For your information: There is no central quarter where all the bars or clubs are, they are indeed distributed around NDK, Lozenets and parts of the southern centre. No one walks around in Sofia if he doesn't want to, a cab ride / Uber is about 3-5 Euro from my place to any bar or club downtown. Same for switching venues. And in the touristy and noisy center the drink and food quality is worse yet overpriced at the same time. My place in turn sports the best location possible: quiet and nice, short walking distance to nice little bulgarian stores and a big market for fresh fish, food, bread etc. And right IN the building there is a supermarket and 50 meter away a 24h non stop liquor and convenience store. Nice restaurants like Contessa in the park and July are close-by. Paid parking is available on the front- and backside of the building. Paid and guarded parking is available too. Unpaid parking is just on the opposite side of the street. Remember though, that this is a 30 year old building, so the elevator, the floors outside are very old and look accordingly. For me it's very charming though, way better than a blank and empty modernist building. I have just finished redecorating my place, that's why you can benefit from this unusually low price. Please in turn be patient with me buying all new furniture and buy a new kitchen and sauna as it costs a little fortune. Enjoy it while it lasts, when I'm done it will be at least !! twice as expensive. I ask you in return for treating my place the way it should be: Like a guest in my home. Respect the neighbors, especially after 22:00. Treat my stuff with care, it's not an empty apartment or soul-less hotel room, I do really live in there and I'm enjoying every day of it.
