The space Our studio with designer renovation is located on Lenina Street - the main street of Adler, on the third floor of a five-storey house.   There are public transport stops near the house, from where you can reach the Olympic Park (Imeretinka) in 15 minutes, the railway station or airport in 15 minutes.   You can choose between two beaches that are a 5-minute walk from the house: Chaika beach and Ogonek beach.   There are 3 shops nearby - MAGNIT, Pyaterochka and KARAVAY grocery store, 2 pharmacies, 2 canteens, Sberbank, etc.   There is a park with attractions and entertainment for children across the street from the house.   The apartment has a living room combined with a kitchen and a loggia with panoramic glazing, a combined bathroom with a shower. We welcome guests with children from 7 years old.   Please note:   - A sleeping place for guests - comfortable hotel beds, mattress height 24cm, separate and joint layout is possible.   - There is also a comfortable, modern folding bed as an extra bed   - The shower cubicle has a high floor!
