Set on 40 acres designed for escape from the city and a hint of country life within an hours drive from the Sydney CBD. House B&B offers choice, 2. bedrooms priced traveller to executive in mind. There is a 4.3m swimspa. the guests area has Library, Lounge and Dining. BBQ & Pizza Oven. House is set on2 acres, enjoy our animals or bushwalk to see kangaroos at sunset. (Horsemanship lessons at additional cost. No horse riding hiring as our horses are all being trained for Natural Horsemanship The space The residence is a single level luxury space. The guest area is separate to the owners. Guests Living area with Foxtel, Library, large dining and share kitchen by appointment. Guests can take Advantage of the large swimspa, the outdoor BBQ, Pizza Oven and outdoor entertaining area for up to 12 people. Interaction with the animals is with owners permission only. Guest access Guests can access WIFI Entertaining area, swim area, bush walk around the property. During your stay We are happy to interact as little or as much as you wish. We are a friendly couple who enjoys people from local to anywhere in the world. Most of our animals are friendly and happy to interact as well (under supervision). Sharryn is licensed to train horses (and people) and will she give a demonstration with one of her horses by appointment. Book Sharryn for a horse lesson. ( Ages 3-85+) Sharryn is also certified to do Reiki 1. / Reiki 2. Bookings essential. Other things to note We are a Farm stay with no local shops to walk to. There are several nice restaurants witin a fifteen minute drive. You are welcome to use our kitchen but you are required to book to ensure No other guests clash with your use. Be aware that we own a lot of animals and even though most are trained to be friendly care needs to be taken when around them. Especially children!!!! Parents need to supervise at all times around animals.
