Welcome to our Whare Awa - House by the River. We have created this space for visitors and business’ folk looking for something comfortable, modern and close to town. There is a full kitchen, free wifi, separate bedroom with ensuite, private patio and a washing machine. There is also a garage attached so great for sporting equipment like kayaks, bikes, skis etc etc. We are also close to fantastic biking trails - both mountain biking and cruising along the lakefront. We are ideally situated for events like Ironman, cycle challenge and the famous Taupo Summer Concert - an easy walk along the river! Guest access The apartment is located on the bottom floor of our home. It is completely separate and has its own private access either through the attached garage (available for parking) or through front range sliders. There is a pleasant outdoor seating area to enjoy your evening wine or cocktail. Other things to note We have a cat called Bella. She is quite shy of strangers so you may not even see her.
