Villa Marin

The holiday house "Marin" is located in Umljanovići, which is a 30-minute drive from Šibenik and Split. The vacation home covers approximately 700 m2. The house itself has 130 m2 consisting of 4 rooms, 3 toilets, kitchen, living room. There is also a heated pool and a Jacuzzi. The property has a barbecue, an outdoor toilet, a changing cabin, an outdoor shower, a gazebo, and a bar. Pets are welcome. The house was completely renovated in 2025. The space The space is fully enclosed and provides intimacy for all guests. Within the holiday home itself there is a large courtyard with a swimming pool. The whole environment is "green". Guests can enjoy the pool, the baledihin, the gazebo. Inside the apartment itself, guests have everything they need. The building also has a children's playground (swings, slide, trampoline, etc.) Guest access Guests are allowed to enter all parts of the property. Other things to note For all tips and questions, we are available to guests 24/7. To give guests the vacation they deserve, we provide cleaning and meal preparation services for a fee.
