Very central, delightful apartment, recently restored in an 18th century building and furnished with antique furniture. Overlooking the typical Neapolitan inner courtyard, it accommodates up to 6 people. Adjacent to the Royal Palace, a stone's throw from Chiaia, Via Toledo, the promenade, the University Congress Center, the departure points for Capri, Ischia and Procida, the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii, it allows you to walk to most of the cultural and recreational attractions. The space The apartment, located on the first floor without an elevator and featuring a typical vaulted ceiling, is spread over two floors. On the entrance floor: double bedroom with its own bathroom (shower) and large living-dining room with double sofa bed and open space kitchen. Upstairs, accessible from the lovely internal staircase, is a second comfortable double bedroom, also with its own bathroom and dressing room, equipped with an original porthole window. The house is equipped with all comforts, it is not particularly bright like all houses in the historic center but it is very quiet. For long stays, a laundry and/or cleaning service can be offered at an additional cost. In the immediate vicinity, there are 3 garages open 24 hours a day. Among these, the AUTOSUD-ex Gran garage, in Via Monte di Dio 25, offers the rate of 30 euros per day for all types of cars except vans. Guest access To access the apartment, you need to climb a very narrow staircase. The entrance balcony-terrace is equipped and furnished, it is common to three apartments. This is the space where smoking guests can comfortably enjoy their relaxation outdoors because smoking is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN IN THE BEDROOMS and in the connected areas. The house must be returned in the same perfect condition that you will find upon arrival, the used linen must be folded and placed on the carpet. Currently, there is maintenance work in the building that may cause noise and dust during working hours. Other things to note The central location will make your stay in our beautiful Naples even more comfortable. If you are interested in cultural sites, in two minutes on foot, you will reach Piazza del Plebiscito, the San Carlo theater, Via Chiaia and the Maschio Angioino. If you prefer to walk and enjoy breathtaking views, in five minutes you will reach the village of Santa Lucia, the seafront, the village of Marinari in the Castel dell'Ovo. For shopping, with a few steps and/or with an elevator you are in the most elegant and exclusive center, Via Dei Mille, or in Via Chiaia and Via Toledo. Finally, if you choose to visit Capri, Ischia, Procida, Positano or the Amalfi Coast, in two minutes on foot you will be at Beverello, the departure pier for maritime connections.
