6-person gîte in 3* tourist residence

In the heart of the Nantes vineyard, we offer a 3-room gîte in the Village de Gîtes Henri IV (26 gîtes), 30 minutes from Nantes and 40 minutes from Puy du Fou. The Village de Gîtes is located 500 meters from the city center, train station and Clisson Castle. You will have free access to the outdoor swimming pool of the Village de Gîtes (shared by 26 homes). The space Description of the 6-person gîte (single-story): ★ living room/kitchen area with TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sofa bed ★ two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) ★ bathroom with shower ★ terrace with garden furniture Guest access You will have access to the various services and facilities of the holiday village: ★ outdoor pool ★ petanque court, volleyball court, foosball ★ outdoor parking, a few spaces inside the Holiday Village (based on availability) ★ Wi-Fi ★ In summer, bread and pastries are delivered every morning at the reception (upon request) Other things to note The property must be left clean. If you don't want to do the cleaning, you can choose to take the cleaning package (€50/hour). A security deposit of €300 is required. Tourist tax will be requested upon arrival: €0.50/adult/day.
