The beach, souks, main square, cafes, restaurants, fish and veg market are only a stroll away. The location is great to enjoy an authentic feel of this wonderful town so rich in history, culture and music amongst other things. The decoration of the house is simple, both modern and respectful toward the traditional architecture of Essaouira. On the mezzanine floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a single room with a handcrafted stone washbasin. There is also another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom identical to the one on the mezzanine and a separate lavatory. Both double bedrooms are with fitted air conditioners.The kitchen is allocated on the second floor. It is simply equipped but you should still be able express your culinary creativity. The living room is with a fitted air conditioner and is located directly opposite the kitchen.Full of natural light during the day,It is perfect for relaxing next to the fire place, with company and a good glass of wine. Wood for burning can be supplied upon request.The guests bear the costs of burning wood.The cost is around €10 a week, when you’re using it all the time.General cleaning service also available by prior arrangement and will cost you 200 mad and it takes four hours. The terrace, which is the best feature of the house benefits from sunshine throughout the day and is equipped with sitting space and a table perfect for alfresco dining under the umbrella. The terrace is well protected from the wind, which is important, Essaouira is renowned for its windy condition. There is an additional kitchenette if you wish to grill fish, prepare salads or breakfast. The house is not suitable for people with mobility problems or families with young children because of the steep stairs.But if you still want to bring your child, you a very welcome, we have baby cot(crib) and we will assist you with pleasure. Guest access You will have full access to everything in the house and please make yourself feel at home. Other things to note Saida the maid who comes to clean the house is also known for her traditional Moroccan culinary skills and will be happy to prepare for you couscous or tagine of your choice for €20 euro for four persons. Please note that your stay is 30 days and you will be greeted to a clean and well prepared house. We offer a free nights stay, whenever you decide to visit us again . Also the house is not recommend for people over 65 years of age,because of the stairs. Smoking is not permitted inside the House!
