Villa Margiu is surrounded by junipers with ample private garden. It is just 800 mt from the beautiful beach of Porto Giunco and a few minutes away from Villasimius downtown. The Villa is located in a private parcel, traffic is reduced to residents. It is silent and safe for children. Villa’s details: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, outdoor patio and backyard. DUE TO THE COVID-19 SITUATION, THE HOUSE BEFORE THE ARRIVAL WOULD BE SUBJECTED TO A CERTIFIED SANITISATION. The space Villa’s details: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for max. 6 people. 1st bedroom: one queen bed. 2nd bedroom: one queen bed (which can become also 2 single beds) 3rd bedroom: one queen bed (which can become also 2 single beds) Two bathrooms with showers (plus an outdoor shower in the backyard). Super assorted indoor kitchen. Nice living room with a fireplace. The veranda is equipped for dining with a relaxation area with sun loungers. In the outdoor garden there is a BBQ, a solarium and a shower. Private covered car park. Regular night surveillance.
