The space A 48 m2 area. 1 bedroom unit with kitchen, living & dining areas, and 1 shared bathroom. Washing machine with dryer available. Crib/cot available upon request but with extra charge (per day). Guest access Amenities available 24/7: Pool, Gym & Children's play area. Other things to note I will be needing a copy of Passport (foreigners) or any Valid ID of those who will be staying. A contract will also be signed upon arrival regarding other terms & conditions as to avoid further problems & for safety purposes. Water & Electricity bill must be paid separately prior to check out for those who will be staying for 7 days or more/long term stay.
