The space Designed for the traveler in mind with everything to make your stay feel like home. Our climate controlled building is warm in winter and cool in the summer. The 2 beds, queen and full, are ultra comfortable. The queen has an organic mattress and all bedding is protected by covers for cleanliness. A large eat in kitchen sits six and is fully equipped for your cooking enjoyment. It has a range and oven, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Pots, pans, utensils, and dishware complete the kitchen. All of this is on one floor with no steps to navigate, (excluding laundry on lower level)! There is a third sleeping arrangement, which is full floor mattress. The living room has a large screen TV, and is cozy with a reclining couch & 2 queen Anne chairs. The building has private parking and enclosed breezeway to house for safety . Comfort at it's best. This building is absolutely a pet free location and we do not allow exceptions. This is for the comfort and health of those who are allergic to pet dander. We pride ourselves on cleanliness, privacy, and a great customer experience. Lastly, there is a large desk and wifi for work space. The desk chair is padded and has arm rests. The floors are hardwood throughout, and tile and vinyl in the bath and kitchen. The living room has a centered throw carpet. There is a lot of natural sunlight that beams into the kitchen, bedrooms, and den area. We hope you enjoy this space as much as we do. Need extra beds? They have a full workout area, pingpong, full court basketball, pickleball, billiards and alot more. Next door is the swimming pool. It's a wonderful recreational Cool off spot with a lot of chairs to lay out and sun bathe. outdoor grill, lower level laundry. Other things to note Amenities have new hardwood floors, ceramic and vinyl throughout. Apartment is super clean and super nice. We are in the heart of town, so one can walk to most everything. There is a basement efficiency apartment which is a seperately listed space, and not included in this listing. It has it's own resources and backyard entrance.
