In a friendly and quiet area, opposite the Île du Ramier, the green lung of Toulouse. Close to the Tram (airport 30 min) and all shops. The space It's an apartment, but it feels like a house. The setting is green and quiet. Accessible directly from the street, crossing and comfortable, nicely furnished, it consists of 2 levels: On the ground floor, a large entrance serves - a large bedroom (160 cm bed) with sleeping area and office area/shower room and toilet. It overlooks the garden located one floor below. You can add 2 beds (80) On the semi-level, a chill-out area with an electric piano. Upstairs, the living rooms: a large living room with open kitchen and everything you need to cook, a comfortable living room with video projector, a table that can accommodate 8 people, as well as a large toilet with sink. There are also 2 bedrooms: - a master bedroom (bed 160) with views of the Garonne and rising sun/en-suite bathroom (the bedroom and bathroom are closed by curtains) - another bedroom (80-160 pull-out bed) with garden views and a separate desk area. All rooms have air conditioning, there is a very comfortable underfloor heating upstairs with waxed concrete floor and radiators downstairs (gas boiler). You can easily park right in front of the apartment, along the building. The street is a dead end, so it's very quiet. The Croix de Pierre neighborhood is friendly, both close to the center and in the greenery. You will find all the necessary shops, a small farmers' market on Wednesday and Friday morning, the bar/concert hall Le Bijou, and welcoming restaurants. The stadium and the Ramier Island are just opposite, great for walking and playing sports (rowing clubs, outdoor and indoor swimming pool, gym, tennis, athletics...). The pedestrian dike along the Garonne offers very pleasant access on foot (15 min) or by bike (5-10 min) to the city center.
