Clean and spacious room with street view located on a safe and quit street in central Berkeley. The room includes bathroom with a bath and shower. As well as a walk- in closet for storage. Both closet and bathroom are shared. Minimum stay 2 days maximum stay 100 days. The space The room includes full size mattress, dresser and desk. The floors are hardwood and the walls are recently painted. Guest access Guests have access to living room, kitchen, free laundry facilities and WiFi. During your stay Guest will be sharing living room and kitchen with host. Interaction is based on common interests and availability and is encouraged but not required. Other things to note On occasion my family dog will be staying over. No pets allowed and no smoking in the house.
