This lovely 3-bedroom home was actually the very first property I started looking after, so it will always be a special one for me! 🏡 Located in the Kennet Island development, it has a lovely lounge/living area that opens out into the garden and is a firm favourite amongst families, contractors and small groups. ✩ Easy access to Reading town centre, and to the M4 motorway ✩ Based on the modern & peaceful Kennet Island development ✩ x2 free parking spaces The space A warm, bright & comfy home - see the full breakdown below! ~ Bedrooms ~ There are 3 bedrooms in total - each are carefully crafted and fit with comfortable beds to ensure you are truly able to relax & wake up feeling well-rested! 2 of the 3 bedrooms are fit with king-size beds which can split into singles. Therefore you can choose the bed setup: Bedroom 1: One king or two singles Bedroom 2: One king or two singles Bedroom 3: One Small Double Living Area: One Sofa Bed ~ Lounge / Living Room ~ The spacious lounge has a 49" smart TV with Netflix included, lots of cushions and nice lighting making you feel at home - whilst also opening out into a lovely little garden and patio area. We also provide a retro games console with 4 controllers and a variety of games, a unique board game and a deck of cards to keep you entertained whilst you stay. Free wifi too - of course! ~ Kitchen ~ A lovely kitchen and dining area provides for a sociable setting and is well equipped with utensils, pots & pans along with all the appliances you will need during your stay - including a dishwasher. Tea, coffee and a cafetiere also provided! ~ Bathrooms ~ 1x Toilet room on the ground floor 1x Bathroom (bath, shower & toilet) on the first floor 1x En Suite Bathroom (shower & toilet) on the first floor Guest access This property offers easy self-access and the entire place is yours alone to enjoy!
