Super clean and full with everything you need for perfect vacation but feeling in your own house:)!! 7 min from Las Vegas blvd!! Our place is great for your family! Kids and baby friendly!! If you need a crib or high chair pls ask before you arrive.. The place is super clean and very comfortable for a long stay. This house has a great kitchen and lots of space for everyone to make themselves comfortable! kitchen nicely loaded with everything you need to cook, bake, and enjoy a nice dinner with your friends and family . The yard has a BBQ and a fence for enjoyment and privacy. Outdoor table can welcome 6 guests + 2 more Garden chairs. Private pool with a solar heated only, not gas heated. We provide towels only no face towels and towels for the pool. We have 60' tv We will always be there for you if you need our recommendation during your stay. Check-out is at 11 am. to allow cleaning for the next guest, but we are flexible most of the time if you ask in advance. You are more than welcome to contact me for more info!!! Please keep the noise levels down. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY ALLOWED IN OUR HOUSE. Guest access The house and all its amenities are yours to enjoy! No more than the number of guests you booked for is allowed in the home, or you will be asked to leave immediately and not be refunded. The check-in time might be at 5 PM due to guests checking out the same day. In order to arrive at a clean and sanitized home, we asked that you be understanding of this for your health and safety. You will receive advance notice if the regular check-in time has changed. Please understand that everyone's health and safety are very important to us as hosts! License: G64-05388 Other things to note Must be 21 and over and provide proof of ID. Important the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children, there is no life guard on duty. There are pool alarms on the patio doors that can be turned off and on. By accepting this booking, this is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility. Pool cleanings are not available on weekends or holidays, so if you check in on these days, the pool will be serviced next week. Cleaning Schedule Summer: Mondays and Thursdays Fall/Winter: Starting in October Mondays only! There are no exceptions with the scheduled days, and there are no scheduled times to when they will arrive. Also, if there is a storm or high winds when you check in during your stay, please notify us, and we will try our best to get pool service out the next business day, depending on their schedule. Our apologies in advance. weather is unpredictable in Las Vegas. There is a pool net available. We are working on repairing a small hole in the fence in the back yard, due to a recent storm, also broken tile on the patio deck. If the propane is empty, we will refund the exchange with receipt.
