Quaint Downtown Apartment

This is a single story apartment complex built in the 50's. It has been in our family for over 4 decades and 3 generations. It is a quiet, quaint complex with hardwood floors, bright casement windows, and plenty of space for a single or couple. The space This over 500 square ft apartment is a block from the local college and less than a mile to the center of downtown. It is also easy access to the freeway. It has a queen bed in the bedroom, large couch in the living room and small eating table in the kitchen nook. Comes with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and cooking/eating utensils. Wireless internet included. Hardwood floors in bedroom and living room. Ceramic tile in bathroom and kitchen. There is a TV, but it will not include TV service. You will need a device to stream TV (Roku, Laptop, AppleTV, etc) or can acquire cable through a local cable company. Electric wall AC unit is used for cooling and Gas floor furnace is used for heating. Guest access There is a grass area out the back door with a common patio space. There is a porch off the front door with easy access to parking. Other things to note If you have a pet you would like to bring, please let me know at the time of booking. I generally allow guests to bring their pet, but I will charge according to your length of stay and pet type. At a minimum there will be an additional cleaning fee of $40. This cleaning fee also applies to service animals. Because we are within several blocks of the college there are certain times that street parking can be an issue. I do have free, off-street parking that can be used at anytime.
