Close to the city of Nantes (20 minutes from the south station) and its attractive activities, we offer you to stay in a charming, refined country house with private heated swimming pool (from mid-May to mid-October depending on the weather), bordering the banks of the Loire and its vineyards. Wake up in nature, smell the first morning scents before having breakfast in the sun, take a nap in the cool in the house, bask by the pool... The space The house, completely renovated with the exception of the laundry room, is very pleasant to live in, sunny, directly exposed to the park; the heated pool from mid-May to mid-October depending on the weather, and the different living areas will offer you unique moments day and night... and will delight both young and old. On the ground floor, a very nice row of living rooms: living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry will welcome you with comfort and direct access to the garden. On the 1st floor, two bedrooms of beautiful sizes and a smaller bedroom with a single bed access the landing with shower room and toilet. Possibility to put an extra bed. A baby bed completes the sleeping arrangements in one of the three bedrooms. On the 2nd floor, a master suite of good size with large bedroom, very large bathroom, toilet will seduce you.
