Our home is open to solo travellers, students, teachers and young professionals who need to do business in the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) area for a few days, without having to pay a steep price for a condo. Our place is a good walking distance to the De La Salle University Rufino Campus BGC (4 minutes), the University of the Philippines BGC Henry Sy Hall (11 minutes), Treston International College (11 minutes), Market!Market! (12 minutes) and Uptown Mall (10 minutes). The space We offer air-conditioned rooms right smack in BGC in a gated subdivision with 24/7 security. We just want our home to be your second home when you have official business in the area. We provide welcome coffee and bread, and WIFI is free for all guests. Guest access Guests have access to a shared bath room and a dining corner equipped with a micro wave and kettle for hot water. During your stay We live in the property and available for assistance or questions but won’t intrude if not asked :) Other things to note This being a residential area in BGC, parking space is limited to the residents. Special consideration may be given, with advance notice, and on a first-come, first-served basis.
