A large living room with dining room and fully equipped American kitchen occupy the ground floor and overlook the large outdoor terrace through two bay windows. A small living room with fireplace and benches has been converted into a TV area. The house has Wi-Fi internet access, a flat screen TV, a bluetooth audio system, In the kitchen you will find an espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, induction stove and ovens (convection and microwave). Two fridges are at your disposal. In the entrance hall, a professional treadmill, dumbbells, weights, a bar and an inflatable kayak are at your disposal. The house includes several outdoor living spaces: the 11-meter by 6-meter infinity pool borders the terrace and is composed for the little ones of a submerged beach and for the older ones of a space 1.80 meters deep. The large terrace, facing south and directly accessible through the two bay windows of the living room, is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, dining area for 10 people, lounge area, barbecue and plancha.
