The apartment was converted from the attic of an old house in the historic center. Therefore, it has no elevator and the last stretch of stairs is a little steeper and more tiring. The location and view make up for the difficulty, but that stretch of stairs is certainly uncomfortable. From the whole house you will have a wonderful view of all the rooftops of Como, the Duomo and the nearby mountains. The apartment is organized to accommodate two people: a double bed is available. Guest access You will have the entire apartment at your disposal, with equipped kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Other things to note - Before and after each stay, the apartment is also sanitized using an ozonizer, and an air sanitizer with an EPA filter is available to those who stay. - All bath and bed linens are washed in water, with sanitizing additive and steam treatment. Mattress covers, pillow covers, bedspreads, tablecloths and kitchen towels are also washed and replaced after each stay. - For stays over 4 nights, a second complete set of bathroom linens is provided at no extra charge. - The apartment is equipped with an initial set of breakfast supplies (tea and herbal tea bags, coffee, jams and honey, rusks and cookies, water, milk, fruit juices, cold tea in a carton, candies), for the kitchen (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, paper napkins) and for the bathroom (soap, shower-shampoo, toilet paper, paper handkerchiefs, detergent and fabric softener for the washing machine).
