Our property offers 75 sqm of comfortable living space, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for up to four guests. You’ll also enjoy a 10 sqm sun terrace with stunning views of a beautifully maintained garden and a swimming pool. An underground parking space is available. The apartment is just a five-minute walk from the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The space A lovely apartment located within the popular "Medina del Zoco" complex, just a five-minute walk from the nearest beach and conveniently adjacent to two shopping centres with a supermarkets and various restaurants. Situated on the first floor, the apartment spans 75 square metres and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a spacious living room. A 10-square-metre terrace provides picturesque views of the garden and swimming pools, offering a serene spot to relax. The building also features a lift, ensuring easy access from the underground garage directly to the apartment level. The master bedroom includes a double bed, a wardrobe, a safe, and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath with a shower, a toilet, a bidet, and a wash basin. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a wardrobe. The second bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a wash basin. The living room is spacious and provides access to the terrace. It is furnished with a TV and DVD player, and a small library of English-language books and CDs is available for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring ceramic electric hob, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a microwave, and a toaster. A comprehensive set of kitchen utensils and cutlery is also provided to ensure a comfortable stay. Guest access The apartment is located in Medina del Zoco, one of the most popular communities in Calahonda. The complex comprises three four-storey buildings arranged around a peaceful, well-maintained internal garden with a large swimming pool, a children’s pool, toilets, sun loungers, and umbrellas. The entire area is fully gated, with access controlled through three intercom-enabled gates. The building entrance is secured and equipped with a door phone for added convenience. An underground parking space is available for your use, a valuable amenity during the busy high season. Street parking is also an option on the nearby adjacent street. The apartment is situated on the first floor (according to Spanish floor numbering, one level above the ground floor), with the master bedroom, living room, and terrace offering charming views of the inner garden. Shops and restaurants are within a 5–15 minute walk, and the beach and coastal boardwalk are just a few minutes away on foot. Other things to note For guests booking a stay of 7 days or more, we include a small welcome pack to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that our apartment is a designated non-smoking area. We kindly ask all guests to refrain from smoking both inside the apartment and on the terrace. To maintain an allergy-friendly environment, the apartment is not suitable for guests travelling with pets. In compliance with local laws, we are required to collect the following information from all adult guests staying in the flat: full name, gender, nationality, date of birth, and details of an identity document, including its number and issue date. We will ask you to provide this information a few days before arrival, by Airbnb Chat. Bathroom towels and bed linen are included in the rental price, as is the final cleaning. If you require beach towels, a change of bed linen, or additional cleaning during your stay, please let us know—we’ll provide a tailored offer to meet your needs. Important Note: Due to ongoing drought conditions on the Costa del Sol, we cannot guarantee that the pools will be open in the spring and summer of 2025 (they are typically closed during the winter). At the moment, everything looks normal - drought restrictions are very much relaxed and pools can be refilled and opened.
