Beautiful 2 Bd/2 Ba, 5 min Walk to Beach

Located just 1 block from the sand (on the Newport Shores side of PCH, not the beach side), our home offers easy access to the boardwalk, nature trails, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, & more. This is a recently updated downstairs 2 bedroom / 2 bath home. It is located on the west side of the Newport Beach Peninsula; a very sought after location as it boasts large beaches, great surf spots, amazing restaurants, and is close to all the fun attractions Newport & Huntington have to offer. The space Our home sleeps 4 people in beds plus we have an air mattress available for your use (upon request). We're located in a quiet neighborhood and thus no excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties are allowed. Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. We are a dog friendly home and allow 1 (one) house trained pup to join (subject to advance notice). If traveling with your pup, please be courteous to our community and neighbors by remembering to pick up after them. Thanks!
