Bed and Breakfast - Quiet Charming House

Saint Denis is an 18th century residence, in a 3-hectare park, in the middle of a large property. A large room in the style of the 18th century with views of the park as well as a small additional room offer absolute calm. A living room is at your disposal. Optional breakfast for an extra charge (€7.50/pers.). A courtesy tray with kettle allows you to prepare coffee, tea and infusions. No pets allowed inside the house. The space This spacious guest room guarantees absolute tranquility. It has a courtesy tray with kettle, and mineral water to prepare tea, instant coffee, infusions... A baby bed is graciously made available if needed. However, a small adjoining but non-communicating room can accommodate two more people upon reservation (€50/night). It can only be booked by the occupants of the double room. Breakfast is served, at your convenience, in the dining room or in the park, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., at a price of €7.50 per person, to be paid on site. Tea, coffee, chocolate, pastries, bread, butter, jams, yogurts and fresh fruit juice. The farm, which adjoins the property, will delight children with lambs, Limousin cows and all the animals of the farmyard, taking care not to disturb the farmers too much in their daily work. Bicycles are available for guests to travel the small communal roads of the surrounding countryside. Guest access The park, swimming pool (open from the end of June to the end of August), ping-pong, swings, reception rooms You can enjoy a lounge specially reserved for guests and all outdoor activities: swimming pool (open from the end of June to the end of August), ping-pong, bicycles, swings... The dining room hosts breakfasts that can also be served in the park if the weather permits. Garden table and chairs are also available for picnics, are available exclusively to guests. Pets are allowed except in the room. During your stay I will be happy to provide you with tourist documentation of the area, advise you on restaurants that meet your expectations and budget, and be happy to chat with you. Other things to note The room is available from 4 p.m. and must be vacated on the day of departure before noon. The room is non-smoking. Pets are welcome but are not allowed to stay in the room. It is expressly requested not to eat meals in the room or by the pool by bringing your own food shopping.
