◆ Sea view large deck with open-air bath Cottage

Our cottage is located on the hill looking over the Yakushiam's sea. You can see the marvelous ocean view and mountains. It is 15 min from Anbou port by car. Please use a rent-a-car. We obtained an official permission. The space Five newly built cottages on a large expanse of land sit facing the sea. Its floor, wall, and ceiling are made with cedar plates. Inside the cottages are large cedar beams and the rooms are filled with the fragrance of the timber. A big window facing the sea and the very high colonnade(4.5m) can be relaxed very much. You can enjoy breakfast and very nice sea view with relaxed feeling on the balcony. There are a comfortable sofa and "the table of the Yaku cedar made by the owner". Yaku cedar is famous as a special product in Yakushima. Behind the cottages are the mountains and on a clear day there are great views of Mocchomu. All the cottages are the same size with 2 single beds on the ground floor. Up to 1 guests can stay in a cottage with 1 people sleeping in the loft area on futons. The rooms also have wi-fi access free of charge. Bath towels and toiletries are provided. For guests staying more than one night then the room will be cleaned daily, but the bathroom and the kitchen area will not be cleaned. Its floor, wall, and ceiling are made with cedar plates. The cottage is equipped with a unit bathroom, private balcony, a mini kitchen with an cooking heater and a small refrigerator, and some cookware and tableware, which can be freely used by the guest. ==== Dining Options ==== - Please note, there are no shops, restaurants or dining options within a walking distance from this property. There are some restaurants and shops in the town which went for a 15 minutes drive by car. The rooms are no smoking areas, but smoking is allowed on the cottage verandah outside. Unfortunately, children under the age of 6 are not allowed. As many people awake early to go trekking then after 10pm there is a no noise policy. All cottages have a small kitchen with limited utensils. The kitchen is not sufficient for meal preparation. An exclusive possession area is 40 square meters. It is 2 single beds and 1 Japanese futon. Guest access There are the 5 cottage and owner's house in this site. The guest can walk around the garden . The guest is not allowed to enter the owner's house and cottage's private garden without permission. We live next to the cottage. Please feel free to ask any questions, whenever I am doing yard work. Other things to note Please use a rent-a-car by all means, since this is located outside of the city. Transportation by bus is very inconvenience.We do not offer pick up service. The international license of the car is necessary for a rent-a-car. But there is a trouble that the guests misunderstand International licence driver's card, and they can not borrow the rent-a-car, though they booked rent-a-car. You go up the ladder to the warehouse. (not the stairs) There is a part without the handrail on the Wood deck. To sky deck, it becomes the outdoor stairs. In a heavy rain, a strong wind, insects, outdoor facilities may not be available. The outdoor facilities become the use until 10:00 p.m. Please use the outdoor facilities with an adult by all means. Please refrain from the group where only a man is more than it in three people. Please be quiet after 10:00 p.m. A banquet and party is prohibition. Our free Wifi service is available, but the service isn't sometimes good specially on rainydays. We obtained an official permission from the local government of Kagoshima Prefecture to do business with the cottage, according to the Inns and Hotels Act of the Japanese government.
