The space Our centrally located, 3-story building with two apartments combines 19th century charm with modern amenities. This 800-square-foot, two-level apartment features a top-floor master suite with a king-size bed, room darkening curtains, and walk-in shower. The main level offers a comfortable living space, eat-in kitchen, and powder room with bike storage.
 Perfect for couples enjoying a getaway in our area who desire more warmth and comfort than a hotel room, with space to spread out after the day’s activities. Working professionals have the conveniences of a home away from home, including a fully-equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, and free laundry, all while enjoying the energy of downtown living. Free off-site parking for one vehicle in a parking deck with provided Parking Pass (7’2” or 8’2” clearance and 18’ length max). We can advise on parking options for additional vehicles but there is no parking for large trucks or high-capacity vans close to our location. Built-in ice maker in freezer. The 3rd floor bedroom has room darkening curtains and is generally quiet as sound has to travel from street level. However, as this is a city environment, sensitive sleepers may want to bring an eye mask, and earplugs or a white-noise maker. Many reviewers have noted the quiet sleeping conditions.
