This 800-square-foot, two-level apartment features a top-floor master suite (king bed, walk-in shower) with a comfortable living space on the main level, a half-bath with laundry and bike storage, a dedicated workspace, and eat-in kitchen. Perfect for couples enjoying a getaway in our area who desire more warmth and comfort than a hotel room, with space to spread out after the day’s activities. Ideal for working professionals who seek the comforts of home - including a fully-equipped kitchen and free laundry - while enjoying the energy of downtown living. Free off-site parking in a parking deck with provided Parking Pass (7’2” or 8’2” clearance). Note: The deck cannot accommodate vehicles longer than 18 feet. We can advise on parking for an additional vehicle, but there is no parking for large trucks or high-capacity vans close to our location. Heritage Rail Trail is half a block away for walking or biking along the Codorus Creek. Built-in ice maker in freezer. The 3rd floor bedroom does not have blackout shades and is generally quiet as sound has to travel from street level. However, as this is a city environment, sensitive sleepers may want to bring an eye mask, and earplugs or a white-noise maker. Many reviewers have noted the quiet sleeping conditions.
